We don’t do 6 AM mornings or chaotic split shifts. Our program is designed around later hours — when families need us most — and predictable schedules that make work feel sustainable.

Program Hours

  • Mon–Thu: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Fri & Sat: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Sun: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Industry‑Leading Pay & Benefits

We believe childcare professionals deserve real compensation and real stability.

Competitive Pay

  • Directors: up to $60,000/year to start

  • Assistant Directors: $19/hr

  • Group Leaders: $17/hr

  • Program Aides: $16/hr

Comprehensive Benefits for Full Time

  • 70% employer‑paid medical insurance after 90 days
